As The Association for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases, the way we lead to is a very long way. This way is such a non-stop walk that it is from the cities, villages and arable fields up to the remotest corners of Anatolia. That no one dies from any infectious diseases and no one of our children and babies being very valuable assets are lost, is one of the most important objectives of ours.  Our target , through conferences, seminars, face to face interviews and the training we give, is the elimination of ignorance and to exceed the challenges together by taking reliable steps “in becoming a well-informed society “. I express my gratitude to those who submit and support us in the way we lead to. We look forward to your contribution and support in order to carry out the objectives of our association.

THE ASSOCIATION FOR THE PREVENTION OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES  ( BUHASDER )
The Association for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases has been founded on the application to The Provincial Directorate of Associations, Izmir Governorship, on August 29th, 2008 and is registered with the billet number 35-048-137.

The Association for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases has been established for the purpose of doing educational, preventive, protective and therapeutic activities.
The Association for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases has been founded to provide medical care, social and psychological support and assistance to individuals and groups caught or at risk of an infectious disease and is operating at Talatpaşa Bul. No : 36 / 2 Alsancak-Izmir

THE REGULATION OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR THE PREVENTION OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES
The name and location of the Association :
Article 1- The name of the Association  is The Association for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and  its abbreviation is “BUHASDER”.
It is located at İzmir.
The Association can have branches within the country or abroad.
The purpose and scope of the Association and the subjects and methods  to perform the activities :
Article 2- The Association for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases has been established for the purpose of doing educational, preventive, protective and therapeutic studies to prevent the community from infectious diseases. The objective is to provide medical care, social and psychological support and assistance to individuals and groups caught or at risk of an infectious disease 
Subjects and Formats of the Activities that will be done by the Association :
1- Doing medical and social studies to prevent from and minimize the effect of infectious diseases which are social problems, and preparing projects, organizing educational activities.
2- Providing financial and moral assistance to individuals and groups caught an infectious disease  within the framework of the legislation.
3- Working to improve the quality of lives of individuals and groups caught an infectious disease,
4- Providing preventive and protective health and education services for the community and regions at risk of infectious diseases.
5 - Contributing to the education of the personnel working in the field of infectious diseases.
6- Arranging educational studies like conferences, seminars, congresses and panel discussions, doing researches, establishing and operating  psycho-social and health facilities, rehabilitation centers within the framework of the legislation.
7- Ensuring any information, documents and publications necessary for achieving the goal , creating a documentation center, publishing newspapers, books and magazines for the purpose of promoting what is done. Preparing documents to be broadcasted and distributed to medical risk groups ,  publishing information bulletins,
8- Providing a healthy working environment to achieve the goal, ensuring all kinds of technical tools and equipment, fixtures and stationery supplies,
9- Provided that the necessary permissions to be taken, making fundraising activities and accepting donations within the country and abroad,
10- For the purpose of ensuring any income needed to realize the objectives of the regulation,  setting up and operating economic, commercial and industrial businesses,
11- Establishing clubhouses for members to enjoy their free time, building social and cultural facilities and furnishing them,
12- For developing and maintaining social relations between the members, arranging meetings including dinner, concert, ballroom, theater, exhibitions, sports, travel and fun activities and so on. or ensuring that members benefit from this kind of activities,
13- If needed for the activities of the association, to buy, sell, rent and lease real estate and establish real rights on them,
14- To achieve the goal, if necessary, establishing a foundation and/or an association or join in an association, establishing necessary facilities with the given permission,
15- Being active in the international activities, becoming a member of foreign associations or organizations and making joint efforts on a project basis with them or helping one another,
16-If needed to achieve the goal, provided that No. 5072 law on Associations and Foundations Relations with Public Institutions and Foundations is legally guarenteed, carrying out joint projects on issues within the foundation basis with Public Institutions and Foundations ,
17- To achieve the goal, setting up a fund to supply essential needs such as food, clothing items, other goods and services and the needs of short-term credit to the members of the association,
18- Opening representative offices in order to carry out the activities of the association, where necessary,
19- To achieve the goal, in the areas not prohibited by laws and related to the objectives of the association, creating common platforms with other associations or foundations, trade unions and other civil association organizations,
The Scope of the Association :
Association is active in the field of education, health and psycho-social services.
